My client is part of a larger multi academy trust, now looking to recruit a School Business Manager on a long-term interim basis.
This is a significant post within the school, which carries with it responsibility for the non-teaching side, managing the day-to-day finance, administration, premises and HR requirements. Supported by a central team within the Trust and with the onsite assistance of a small support team, you’ll work closely with the Headteacher to ensure the best use of resources and ensure the school obligations are met.
Responsibilities will include:
Applications are sought from individuals who have previous experience working within a similar school business manager role, that would appreciate the support of a central team in a wider Trust, whilst still retaining day to day autonomy. The role is expected to run until the end of the 24/25 academic year. Hybrid working opportunities would be available with this role, with additional flexibility over school holiday periods.
Farrer Barnes Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation. Farrer Barnes Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
