An exceptional primary school in Rainham, Essex, is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Business Manager to oversee the financial and operational functions of the school. This vital leadership role involves managing key areas such as finance, premises, health and safety, and IT, working in close collaboration with the Leadership Team and Governors to ensure resources are effectively managed, legally compliant, and aligned with the school’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Management: Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including budget setting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate the effective use of school resources, including premises, finance, and lettings.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate staffing records and stay informed of employment legislation updates.
- Team Leadership: Manage site and support staff, providing guidance and support in your capacity as a line manager.
- Strategic Support: Advise the Head Teacher and Governors on strategic matters relating to finance, resources, and premises management.
