Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

About The Company:

Our client is a growing SME based in West Malling, Kent who pride themselves on delivering high-quality services to their clients and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships in their sector.

The Role:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the business’s financial obligations. This is a part-time role working 20 hours a week (flexible on when those hours are worked, Monday to Friday) and offers hybrid working after passing probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable processes
• Processing invoices and payments
• Reconciling accounts and ledgers
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with financial reporting

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in accounts payable and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
