We are seeking an Interim Assistant HR Business Partner to support s healthcare organisation during a crucial period of transformation and growth. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality people solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and teams to provide HR guidance on people-related matters
- Support HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
- Assist in delivering HR projects aligned with organisational goals
- Provide advice on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment law
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to drive data-led decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in HR business partnering, advisory, or generalist roles (preferably in healthcare or a related sector)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience handling ER cases, change management, and HR projects.
