About The Company:
My unique client based in Medway is going through a period of sustained growth and expansion which is set to continue.
The Role:
My client is currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the purchase ledger function
Key Responsibilities:
Coding and matching invoices, staff expenses, liaising with company purchasing department and facilities processing and payments
Maintenance of standing orders, salary deductions and other similar functions
Processing all payment methods and providing full reconciliations
Desirable Skills:
Strong purchase ledger experience
Advanced excel skills
High degree of accuracy and flexible to changing demands of the role
