Romanian Speaking HR & Logistics Coordinator

We currently searching for an HR Coordinator that is fluent in Romanian. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR admin tasks.
• Assisting with employee onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Handling employment and tenancy reference requests.
• Identifying, suggesting, and implementing improvements in HR processes.
• Supporting the HR team in delivering global and divisional HR practices efficiently.
• Ensuring best HR practices are upheld at all times.

Who we are looking for:

• CIPD Level 3 qualified is preferred
• Romanian Speaking (essential)
• Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, HR Database, Word and Excel
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
