With in excess of twenty years&rsquo; Accountancy and Practice experience (I can&rsquo;t be that old!), I have worked across multiple markets in my time: interim, education, executive, Practice and part qualified.I am currently passionate about providing solutions to firms of Chartered and Certified Accountants who are trying to expand within a critically short candidate market and often struggling to secure top-end talent.I try to work in partnership with each and every client and see myself as an extension to their team.For Practice candidates, I am passionate about securing modern and varied roles with progression, autonomy, responsibility and above market levels of pay.&nbsp; Every candidate is a person, and I try and find a tailored solution to each and every one.I try to do both with honesty, integrity and speed. I also try to make the process fun and enjoyable for all involved.Away from work, I am a sports enthusiast but with 6 children of varying ages, my time is often very limited.
