The Role:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.  The position will offer the right candidate opportunity to further grow and develop whilst working within a community spirited environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the company’s existing finance framework and develop further improvements.
• Be a key member of the team, able to mentor junior staff and support both the FD and CFO.
• Acting independently to ensure the high standard of financial reporting is maintained.
• Create meaningful reports to deliver to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified Accountant – ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Demonstrable background in finance management
• Experience using finance systems and Advanced Excel
• Proven ability to work in a multi-site environment
