About The Company:
My unique client based just outside Dartford is going through a period of sustained growth and expansion which is set to continue.
The Role:
My client is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR admin tasks.
• Assisting with employee on-boarding.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Handling employment and tenancy reference requests.
• Identifying, suggesting, and implementing improvements in HR processes.
• Supporting the HR team in delivering global and divisional HR practices efficiently.
• Ensuring best HR practices are always upheld.
Who we are looking for:
• CIPD Level 3 qualified is preferred
• Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, HR Database, Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
