Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis - Developing comprehensive financial plans.
- Strategic Planning and Execution - Contributing financial expertise to the planning process, translating strategic goals.
- Advising on Mergers and Acquisitions - Playing a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, securing funding, and making key recommendations.
- Scaling and Succession Planning - Guiding the company through scaling processes, ensuring financial infrastructure is robust.
Desirable Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail environments.
- Proven experience of leading a Finance Team.
- Demonstrable knowledge of growing a business through M&A processes.
