About The Company:

My unique manufacturing client based just outside Ramsgate is going through a period of sustained growth and expansion which is set to continue.

The Role:

My client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team. Working closely with the management accountant and finance manager and working to specific deadlines you will play a hugely important role in the continued success of this company.

This role will involve purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and balance sheet reconciliations.  You will also gain that exposure within management accounts. A confident approach is essential with the ability to work on your own but also a willingness to offer solutions and improvements to the current systems.

 
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable transactional processing, weekly supplier payment, control, reconciliation & reporting.

Bank & Cash processing, control, reconciliation & reporting.

MTD, YTD Expense processing, control, reconciliation & reporting.

 

Desirable Skills:

 All round accounts background, particularly within purchase ledger

Strong excel skills

High degree of accuracy and flexible to changing demands of the role
